Social engagement project
This is the crew consist of students from UiTM, Dengkil that volunteered for the Social Engagement Project.
This is my group that I was sorted into. I must say that it was nice to meet new people from the same campus, even though they were from different courses. Everyone had a nice time talking and socializing with each other.
This is one of the elders that we talked to. As far as you can see, we had a pretty good time hyping them up and providing community services for them. Furthermore, it was almost we were spending time with our grandparents instead.
Grateful for the new encounters during this session.
My group with the elder people that we spent time together, communicating and listening to their life experiences. It was heart-warming and one of the ways to make the youth nowadays, realize some mistakes that they should avoid doing in the future.
The Social Engagement Project is one of the events where they gather volunteers consisting from the young people, especially university students. This is to enhance a better experience for these people to become a better civilians and to acknowledge the presence of the elder people among our society.
